Family Resource Center - Donations Needed

The East Haddam Early Childhood Council is excited to announce that we will be opening a Family Resource Center in the elementary school in September of 2010!

We are looking for donations of specific infant and preschool items to fill our shelves. 

Collection bins are located at the Elementary & Middle School offices as well as at East Haddam Youth & Family Services.

Shear Solutions - June 13, 2010

During this 5 hour event, local volunteer stylists completed 54 haircuts, and through donations were able to raise $378.01 toward the Gulf oil spill cleanup efforts. All hair cut during this event will also be donated to create booms that are effective in soaking up oil.
